No Pit Bikes allowed in PITS –
ONLY Approved PIT Vehicles – (Farm type side by side, Golf Carts and or Bicycles.
MUST Purchase Pit Vehicle Pass at entrance gate. Display on the front of your pit vehicle
Must hold a valid driver’s license to drive Golf Karts or Utility Vehicles. No Pit Bikes allowed.
Golf Carts - MUST be 16 years old or older and have Valid Driver’s License (DL) to operate vehicle.
O Side x Side - MUST have Valid DL to operate vehicle.
O Scooter with Helmet.
O Bicycles with Helmet.
O All Permitted Pit Vehicles must be parked for the night by 9:00pm.
RIDER REGISTRATION: All riders must properly register. All riders must personally be present for rider registration. Minors must accompany their parent or guardian to registration. Completion of minor release form is required for Friday practice.
PARKING: We will park you as you arrive in the next available space. You may NOT save spots for persons arriving late unless you have purchased preferred parking for an additional fee. If you want to camp with someone, please meet them off-site and arrive together or purchase a preferred parking spot ($40). Camping spaces must not exceed 25 feet in width. Parking is very strict and saving spots will not be aloud
REFUNDS: No refunds.
PIT RIDING: NO pit bike riding in pit area. NO ONE UNDER 16 ALLOWED OPERATING AN APPROVED PIT VEHICLE.
NO ONE IS ALLOWED OFF THE PROPERTY AT ANYTIME ON A PIT VEHICLE; YOU WILL BE TOLD TO LEAVE IF CAUGHT ON COUNTY ROADS OR NEIGHBORS.
PETS: All pets must be on a leash. No vicious or barking pets permitted.
TRACK RADIO STATION: Please keep your radio tuned, for up-to-date announcements and information throughout the weekend.
TICKETS: Your arm band is your weekend pass and must be always worn. If you leave the facility, you must have it on to re-enter. This is your gate ticket. Do not take it off. You may purchase gate/camping tickets online but not necessary.
GARBAGE: Please use trash bags. We will have people gathering trash. There is a LARGE dumpster container on the South end of the pits. You are responsible for your area. Please use trash dumpsters.
RV DUMP: DO NOT DUMP YOUR TANKS AT YOUR CAMPSITE or ON THE ROAD as you leave. If you need RV service, please see the front ticket shack for a RED dump tag to be placed on your RV for the provider to contact you directly. RV Service will be available throughout the week for a fee - Payable to the serving company.

Mechanics: Your rider will receive one mechanic’s wristband at time of registration. Only one mechanic’s wristband per rider, it must always be worn. Nobody without a mechanics wristband will be allowed back into the staging/gate area. Mechanics are to stay in their designated area during the race.
GATES: Nobody is permitted in front of the gates at any time. One Mechanics only in staging and gate area. Mechanics will be required to stay in the designated mechanics area.
NO ONE is ALLOWED on/in or around racing surface unless designated by REFEREE. ALL Patrons must remain inside fencing at ALL TIMES.
FIRST AID: Located next to rider sign in.
SECURITY: Headquartered at the front gate.
LOST & FOUND: Located at the front gate.
MEDICAL INSURANCE: We do not have Rider Medical Insurance and urge you not to race without it. Riders are responsible for their own medical insurance. Rider medical insurance is available
through the AMA’s RAMP Program at (800)-556-7614 or visit www.insurance4ama.com.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: NO GLASS BOTTLES, no fireworks, firearms, weapons, illegal substances, glass containers or any other items that may pose a safety hazard to our guests or competitors are permitted.
FIRE EXTINGISHERS: All racing rigs/ motor homes/ camping vehicles must have fully functioning fire extinguishers readily available in the event of an emergency.
SEARCH POLICY: All persons, vehicles and their contents are subject to search at any time. If any prohibited items are found, you may remove them from the property yourself, or we will dispose of them for you. We are not responsible for the safe return of any confiscated items.
GUEST CONDUCT: Motocross racing is a family sport. We will not tolerate offensive or inappropriate conduct and reserve the right to remove anyone from the premises. Riders are responsible for the conduct of their crew members, family and friends. This includes your behavior in and around neighboring communities.
BANNERS: DO NOT take the banners or signage. Violators will be prosecuted for theft and trespassing.
CAMPFIRES: NO FIRES ALLOWED - Due to the large number of guests and racing rigs and drought.
QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10:00 pm until 6:00am. All loud noise must be turned off at this time. Our racers need their rest! We will have security onsite at all times.
